Silvia Koleva-Pancheva

ESG Manager – Silvia joined IWC in 2017 and is today responsible for the due diligence and monitoring of ESG matters in externally managed timberland investments, including developing, analyzing and reporting of performance indicators and climate change scenarios. Other key, and shared, areas of responsibility are the continual development and implementation of the company’s ESG management system, sustainability-related policies and disclosure, cross-department practices sharing and external initiatives participation.

Silvia holds a M.Sc. in Environmental and Resource Management from the University of Southern Denmark and a M.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Economics-Varna (Bulgaria), the Certificate of Proficiency in GHG Accounting for Forest Inventories from the GHG Management Institute, and the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Before joining IWC, Silvia has been employed in Novo Nordisk and in an Austrian-Bulgarian JV from the recycling industry.
