Margriet (Maggie) Coster

Senior ESG Manager | Agriculture Investments – Maggie joined IWC in September 2025. She is part of the Agriculture Investment team and contributes to the management and development of ESG, nature, and biodiversity aspects within IWC’s AG investments.

Maggie has an MSc in Climate Change from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and a BSc from University College Roosevelt in the Netherlands where she is originally from. She has previous experience with integrating biodiversity into lending and credit processes at Danske Bank and engaged with corporate clients on nature topics, including those within the food and agriculture sectors. She takes this experience into her role at IWC where she is part of integrating and improving sustainability of our agriculture investments.
