Wesley Snell

Senior Associate | Global Certification Lead and Ecosystem Markets Developer | CWI US, Inc. – Wesley joined CWI US, Inc. as Senior Associate in 2025. CWI US Inc. is an external consultancy company, originally established by International Woodland Company ApS (“IWC”), whose staff is working for the Asset Management+ team in IWC. An expert in natural capital valuation and ecosystem services, Wesley represents the team as Global Lead for Certification and Ecosystem Markets.

Prior to joining CWI US, Inc., Wesley cultivated a diverse background working with the public, private, and non-profit sectors on forest certification, project development, and climate- and nature-related transition planning. He draws on his global experience to enhance and capture the value of our positive impacts on carbon, biodiversity, and water services.

Wesley holds an MSc in Forest Science from the University of Padova and a Graduate Certificate in Tropical Forest Conservation, Restoration, and Sustainable Use from Yale University.
