Costanza Noferi

Executive Assistant – Costanza joined IWC as a Student Assistant in March 2025, supporting the company across marketing, communications, and a range of administrative activities. Following the completion of an MSc in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen, she transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant in July 2026.

In her current role, Costanza provides executive support to the CEO and COO while contributing to the firm’s day-to-day operations across governance, compliance, risk management, and business operations. She also supports marketing and communications initiatives, helping ensure the smooth and effective running of the organization.
